Our Central Service Centre (“CSC”) is able to take calls and process client requests within minutes to immediately dispatch service technicians via their PDA (wireless palms). Field personnel are also able to log callouts via their PDA – saving valuable time!

This latest technology ensures easy tracking of the status of requests. Our Client’s historical information is recorded into the database where all system data is maintained to the Australian Standards via the asset register and retrieval is instantaneous. Defects are tracked and followed up for corrective action with a complete audit trail facility. Products are readily accessed to rectify system defects now in the one central system. Compliance certification is also able to be generated immediately and sent direct to clients.
