Our OH&S Management see safety as a high priority issue equal to production. AEFS aim to target the "black spot" areas we can make significant improvements in OH&S performance. To determine effectiveness our OH&S committee are required to consult, participate, respect each other, ensure adequate resources, make time to carry out their roles and share information to improve OH&S outcomes. Together our OH&S Committee and employees commit to company policy and procedures, assessing all sites for hazards or environmental issues, document their findings, review and implement improvements together to ensure a better and safer workplace for all. Above all our main focus is to ensure our employees work in an environment that is free from incidents/risks, disease and hazards.
